One morning a few months ago I woke up early with a heavy heart and began to answer email. One of those I emailed immediately phoned me and I told her how overwhelmed I was and the dilemma I faced that day. She had just the right words for me out of her own experience with suffering, and I took courage. Months before I had been in our chat room with her one night, where a group of us comforted her after a trauma. Now it was my turn to receive from her.

I'm learning not to get stuck in grief, but to keep growing, and to keep open to share the joys of others along the way. Are you going through a tough time? Let others know and it will lighten your load. Are you blessed and feeling strong? Give to those who are suffering and it will prepare you.
